Before any work begins, we measure clear coat thickness across all painted panels with a professional paint depth gauge. This determines what correction is safely achievable and documents the starting condition of your paint.
Complete two-bucket hand wash followed by chemical iron remover applied to all panels. Iron remover dissolves ferrous brake dust embedded in the paint that clay bar alone cannot remove — critical for proper ceramic bonding.
Full clay bar treatment after chemical decontamination removes any remaining bonded contaminants. Paint must be 100% clean for the ceramic to bond correctly.
If your paint has swirl marks, fine scratches, or water spots, we correct them before coating. Ceramic coating locks in whatever is on the paint — we ensure what gets locked in is flawless. Correction scope is discussed at inspection.
Every panel is wiped down with isopropyl alcohol prep solution to remove all polishing oils and any remaining residue before coating. This is the final step before ceramic application and is critical for adhesion.
Ceramic coating applied one panel at a time using a certified application block and coating cloth. Each panel is worked in controlled sections ensuring complete, even coverage without high spots or misses.
After application, each panel is carefully leveled with a clean, soft microfiber under bright lighting to remove any high spots before the coating reaches full flash point. High spots left uncorrected create a permanent blemish.
